1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Keynou Drive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Link Creator Obligations and Tracking Disclosure

Important: Tracking Notice Requirement

When you create short links using Keynou Drive, you must understand and accept that:

  • We automatically track visitor data including IP addresses, device type, browser information, operating system, and geographic location
  • We use IP2Location LITE database for IP geolocation
  • This tracking occurs before the visitor is redirected to the destination URL

Your Responsibility:

As a link creator, you are legally responsible for informing users who click your short links that clicking the link will trigger tracking of their location (country, city, region), device information, browser type, and IP address. This is required for compliance with privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations.

You must disclose this tracking to your audience through:

  • Your own privacy policy
  • Explicit notices when sharing links
  • Consent mechanisms where required by law

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Keynou Drive to:

  • Create links to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software
  • Phish for credentials or personal information
  • Spam or engage in unsolicited messaging
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Create links without proper tracking disclosures to end users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Account and Authentication

If you choose Google login, you authorize us to access basic account information (name, email, profile identifier) provided by Google for authentication purposes. We do not access your Google password or other sensitive data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are handled by our payment processors (Stripe/PayPal). You agree that payment terms, refunds, and chargebacks are governed by the processor's policies and our billing terms. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

6. Analytics and Data Collection

Keynou Drive collects analytics data to provide insights to link creators. This includes but is not limited to: click counts, geographic location (derived from IP addresses), device types, operating systems, and browser information. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Keynou Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes liability for any damages arising from links you create or content you redirect to.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
